WHEN ARE PARTIES AVAILABLE?
We host parties every day of the week on the hour starting from 9am with the last party slot of the day starting at 7pm Friday to Sunday and 6pm Monday to Thursday. Check our live book now link to see available times & dates.
If you are booking with less than 3 days’ notice, please contact the venue directly and we will get back to you with availability for your requested date.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR A PARTY?
Our party packages have been designed for the Total Ninja aged 4 years and above in mind.
To host a party for a Ninja younger than 4, please get in touch with a member of our team to discuss your requirements.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS?
Planning something bigger? Please contact the venue and we’ll be happy to help.
IS PAYMENT REQUIRED TO BOOK?
Yes, we require full payment at the time of booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries, we are unable to reserve parties without a payment. Final numbers and final payment must be confirmed 72 hours prior to your birthday party date.
CAN WE BRING A CAKE?
CAN WE BRING DECORATIONS IN THE ROOM?
Standing and table decorations are of course welcome, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached to the walls as this can cause damage.
WHEN MUST NUMBERS AND FOOD CHOICES BE CONFIRMED BY?
Final party numbers and food choices must be confirmed 72 hours before your booked party. Whilst we always endeavour to accommodate last minute additions, this may not always be possible as we restrict numbers for safety purposes and an enhanced customer experience. Reduction in numbers will also be accommodated up to 72 hours before your booked party provided that our minimum booking requirements are met.
DOES THE BIRTHDAY CHILD PAY THE PACKAGE PRICE?
Yes, the birthday child does form part of the party pricing.
IS THERE CATERING FOR ADULTS?
We have a fully equipped onsite restaurant and also offer a wide selection of platters. Food platters must be booked 24 hours in advance. All of our cafe restaurants are Certified Halal.
ARE GOODY BOXES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Goody boxes are not included as standard in the Epic or Extreme party package price however may be added on booking. We also offer a fantastic and wide range of merchandise items which can also be added on booking.
CAN I HOST A BIRTHDAY PARTY WITHOUT BOOKING A PARTY PACKAGE?
No unhosted parties are permitted.
WHAT DO THEY NEED TO WEAR?
Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
