FOOD & DRINK SUBSTITUTIONS

Chicken Strips & Fries can be substituted with a Grilled Cheese Toastie & Fries, a Mini Burger & Fries, Fish Goujons & Fries or a Mini Margarita Pizza. The Slushy can also be substituted with a Boxed Juice, a Canned Drink or Bottled Water.

WHEN ARE PARTIES AVAILABLE?

We host parties every day of the week on the hour starting from 9am with the last party slot of the day starting at 5pm. Check our live book now link to see available times & dates.

If you are booking with less than 3 days’ notice, please contact the venue directly and we will get back to you with availability for your requested date.

Book a party between Monday and Thursday and enjoy great savings! (excluding Public and School Holidays).

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR A PARTY?

Our Little Legends party package is perfect for mini Ninjas under the age of 4. For older Ninjas (4 and up), we’ve got a range of awesome party options to choose from.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS?

The minimum guest number for a party is 10 with a maximum of 40.

If you would like a larger party, please get in touch with a member of our team and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

IS PAYMENT REQUIRED TO BOOK?

Yes, we require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit payment at the time of booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries, we are unable to reserve parties without a payment. The final 50% must be paid a week in advance to your booking.

CAN WE BRING A CAKE?

Of course! Please ask your party host to assist in singing happy birthday when the time comes! All we ask is no other outside catering is brought into the Park as this invalidates our food health & safety policy. We also ask that you only use standard birthday candles due to our fire alarms.

CAN WE BRING DECORATIONS IN THE ROOM?

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached to the walls as this can cause damage.

WHAT FOOD IS INCLUDED?

Each party guest by default receives a portion of Chicken Strips & Fries, a Slushy and a bottle of water. The Chicken Strips & Fries can be substituted for a Grilled Cheese Toastie & Fries, a Mini Burger & Fries, Fish Goujons & Fries or a Mini Margarita Pizza. The Slushy can also be substituted with a Boxed Juice, a Canned Drink or Bottled Water. (please advise of any other food intolerances or dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate).

If you have guests with allergies, please let us know at the time of booking.

WHEN MUST NUMBERS AND FOOD CHOICES BE CONFIRMED BY?

Final party numbers and food choices must be confirmed 72 hours before your booked party. Whilst we always endeavour to accommodate last minute additions, this may not always be possible as we restrict numbers for safety purposes and an enhanced customer experience. Reduction in numbers will also be accommodated up to 72 hours before your booked party provided that our minimum booking requirements are met.

DOES THE BIRTHDAY CHILD PAY THE PACKAGE PRICE?

Yes, the birthday child does form part of the party pricing but does receive 2 x 1 hour non expiring return vouchers.

IS THERE CATERING FOR ADULTS?

We have a fully equipped onsite restaurant and also offer a wide selection of platters. Food platters must be booked 24 hours in advance.

ARE PARTY BOXES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

Party boxes are not included as standard in the Little Legends, Epic, Extreme or Ultimate party package price however may be added on booking. We also offer a fantastic and wide range of merchandise items which can also be added on booking.

CAN I HOST A BIRTHDAY PARTY WITHOUT BOOKING A PARTY PACKAGE?

No unhosted parties are permitted.

WHAT DO THEY NEED TO WEAR?

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice before the event, will be refunded in full. In the event of a cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice before the event, the 50% deposit payment will be forfeited. All requests for cancellations or changes must be made via email to the venue at which the booking was made.
